Stop is a convenience store company selling
gasoline, groceries, and other merchandise to the communities in which our
stores operate.
Our mission is to be
profitable in each of our communities by being the top performer in
these three areas:
1) Quality service - providing our
customers with a well-imaged, safe, clean and friendly place to shop.
2) Efficient Operations - committing
ourselves to being an excellent organization by investing in quality equipment
and providing quality direction, training, salaries, and benefits to all
employees.

Community Responsibility - being a responsible citizen and returning to the
community a portion of what we receive.

1) Be treated with dignity. - We believe that all members of this company are part of one team and as such
are responsible to treat all others as equally important members of the team.

it. - We believe job descriptions
are to be provided for every position.

We believe in regular meetings at all levels
so everyone is informed of our short-range goals and has a chance for input.
4) Be rewarded for performance. - We believe in regular performance
appraisals for everyone by their manager to determine pay raises.
5) Be forgiven of honest mistakes. - We believe for a person to reach their full potential requires mistakes
to be made along the way. Our emphasis
is on seeing that the same mistake doesn't happen again.
6) Have a safe workplace. - We believe that it is management's
responsibility to protect from harm all members of E-Z Stop by implementing a
quality safety program, which includes proper equipment, training, and regular
inspection.
